Your tasks:

• You work in a small team of specialists working cross functional, where you analyze comprehensive processes with the purpose of simplifying and increasing performance
• You identify digitization and automation potentials considering profitability calculations
• In close cooperation with administrative departments and our stores, you take over an active role in analyzing requirements and redesigning existing processes
• You are responsible for our tools and methods for process modeling and process digitization as well as for robotics and process mining
• You design and program Workflows with our low code BPMS Bizagi
• You act as an interface between the business departments and our robotics programmers

Your profile:

• A degree in the field of business administration, computer science, industrial engineering or economics with a strong interest and focus on IT
• Initial professional experience in process management or digitization projects
• Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA), process mining, BPMN and workflow technologies (e.g. Bizagi)
• A very high affinity for IT and a great interest in innovative tools, in order to bring your own ideas into workable solutions
• Strong language skills in German or English, high level of interpersonal skills and enjoying teamwork
• A strong service orientation, an entrepreneurial mind-set as well as the ability to express and accomplish ideas and goals
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and a quick understanding of complex business structures
• Applicants living abroad with excellent English skills who are willing to move to Cologne and learn German are welcome
